1. Press Windows-Key + R-Key
2. Type \\172.20.2.15 and Click on OK-Button
3a. FOR STUDENTS:
- Type STUDENT\[OIS_Username] and [OIS_Password]
- Click Remember my credentials
- Click OK-Button
3b. FOR EMPLOYEES:
- Type STUDENT\[2020network_username] and [2020network_password]
- Click Remember my credentials
- Click OK-Button
4. Right-Click biprintshare and click Connect...

If you do not have a personal device that you can connect to the 2020 WiFi network (printers work on that network), you can either use the Windows PC lab computers on our campus or your own USB sticks to be connected the printers on campus directly.
To avoid confusion when setting up printers on PC lab computers, the third step above will not appear because you are already logged in to the campus computers with your network accounts.
